Support for International Change is a non-governmental organization founded with two main goals:
To limit the impact of HIV/AIDS in underserved communities
To train future leaders in international health and development
Our volunteer programs provide
structured service-learning opportunities for students at selected
American and British universities. SIC also runs a unique program for
Tanzanian youth called Tupambane.
If you are new to SIC, start with this letter from one of SIC's founders. Our 2007 Annual Report contains more information about SIC programs, and our World AIDS Day 2007 Newsletter describes some of our recent activities in Tanzania, the Solomon Islands, the UK and USA.
SIC is a
registered NGO in Tanzania, a 501(c)(3) organization in the United
States, and a registered charity in the United Kingdom.
